Also known as Masjid Altaqwa. It is our honor and high privilege to welcome you to Masjid Altaqwa. It is through the Gracious Mercy of Allah (SWT) that we are able to provide the few humble services for the community. Pray that Allah (SWT) guides us all in his Mercy and forgives our transgressions. We, the members of Muslim Community of Central Connecticut, aspire to be a community “enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah” (The Qur’an, 3:110), conscious of the injunctions to “Hold fast, all together, to the bond with Allah and be not divided” (The Qur’an, 3:103) and “Help one another to virtue and God-consciousness and do not help one another to sin and transgression” (The Qur’an, 5:2).

Since its inception, we have been diligent in adhering to the correct understanding of Islam according to the Book of Allah, the Qur’aan, and the authentic teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (sallaa Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) upon the understanding of the Righteous Predecessors (as-Salaf as-Saalih).
