Cafe Artemis is a new restaurant with an unusually classy ambiance for a Mediterranean restaurant. The menu has a nice variety of classic meat kabobs and vegetarian dishes. The menu is very complete with 9 hot and 10 cold appetizers, 6 soups and salads, paninis and wraps, 8 different kabobs (including salmon, shrimp and swordfish), 9 entrees, and 6 desserts. It is located in the famous Pruneyard of Campbell which is a great destination for catching a movie, going to Borders books, or shopping.
