In Bali, it is important to know that although Indonesia in mainly a Muslim country, Bali is largely Hindu and they love to eat their specialty food - 'Babi Guling' (Roasted Pork!). To be safe, look for Nasi Padang restaurants which can be found almost everywhere in Bali. These are mainly run by Sumateran migrants who are mainly Muslims.
