Tava is America's gateway to Indian food. The restaurant makes Indian food more accessible by using a simplified, build-your-own style menu consisting of fresh and familiar ingredients while retaining exotic flavors and appeal. Tava aims to bring the incredible flavors of Indian cuisine to all of those that love food. Tava serves happy meats (hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed lamb), locally sourced ingredients where possible, and all of our spices are ground and roasted in house!
