This Girl Bakes
Faatimah is the name of the girl referred to in the title. She splits her recipes into the basic “sweet” and “savoury” categories, but once you click on them, you are met with a plethora of options. For example in the sweet section, you can find chilled desserts, no-bake recipes and Pakistani desserts among others. Faatimah explains her recipes in simple terms and includes pictures of what she did between each instruction, making them incredibly easy to follow.

Halal Home Cooking
Halal Home Cooking is ran by Umm Hamza and receives almost 75,000 unique monthly visitors on Pinterest. Umm specialises in Algerian and British cuisines - which makes sense given that she was born in Britain but now lives in Algeria. She has been running the site for a long time and has recipes dating back to 2012.
If by any chance you don’t find a recipe that suits you, you can send an email over suggesting one.
Haloodies is a UK-based company that you might have heard of. They are known for selling fresh halal foods in stores such as Asda, Tesco & Sainsbury’s. But what you might not know is that they also have a blog where they upload recipes using their products. For example, if you want to create a “Hot ‘N’ Spicy Wrap Attack”, one of the main ingredients you would need is the Hot ‘N’ Spicy HALOODIES2GO (100% chargrilled chicken breast). So if you love the Haloodies’ products, you’ll definitely love this blog!
Cook with Anisa
Whilst Anisa does have a website, she decided to stray away from the conventional blog format and instead ventured into the world audio/visual by creating a YouTube page. Here she has close to 100,000 subscribers and 156 videos. The videos are simple and to-the-point, but if you happen to miss something, all the ingredients are listed in the description. She even has a playlists of recipes for University students and those who are health-conscious; there really is something for everyone!
