Based in Milton Keynes, the Silk Road Restaurant specialises in Pan-Asian cuisine of the highest standard. Our menus encapsulate a fine tradition of cooking from across Asia in one location. We have designed a menu that is contemporary in style yet still maintains the tradition of authentic indian cooking. The presentation of the food is also contemporary with dishes being plated rather than served in a pot or karahi. The cuisine at The Silk Road Restaurant is lighter, healthier and in many dishes less spicy than the perception often associated with cuisine from the sub continent.
