A modest wooden mosque on the outskirts of town, the people here are mostly Tzotzil converts to Islam. One room on the ground floor serves as the musallah for men and women, and an adjoining room serves as a kitchen. Fajr is offered when the time comes in, and Asr, Maghrib, and occasionally Isha as well. Tajweed and Qur'anic memorization classes are offered from Asr to Maghrib each weekday.
