We prepare authentic African food with daily fresh ingredients. It is a tradition in Africa to eat with your hands and we would love to familiarize you with our customs. Therefore every dish is served with our own traditional bread “Injera”. Injera does not only replace the fork and knife, it is a real homemade specialty prepared with wheat flour and cornmeal. Our Injera is backed freshly every day before opening and is served with other traditional meals such as Hamli (spinach), Zigni (meat), Alicha (Potatoes) etc. Whether alone, as a couple or in a group, to eat the traditional African way is enjoyable and will reawake a part of the primitive African culture. A unique fact you will find in our menu is, that meals and drinks perfectly harmonize with each other from soft drinks, African juices, tea or mocha coffee.
