Generations of Houston Muslims have not been able to enjoy authentic Texas BBQ that is halal compliant. Robert believes one of the best ways for people to feel part of a community is through food. Jason has grown up in Houston and loves the BBQ scene this city (and state) provides. Jason's family farm supplies Chopped n Smoked BBQ with farm fresh produce and free range eggs. He believes in using the best ingredients for Chopped n Smoked BBQ's all halal menu. Jason has been grilling for years and has a keen sense for authentic flavors.
