A very unique mosque. Main Road Mosque was built in the late 1800's in what was then a predominately Muslim area of Cape Town. After surviving the Aparteid era, this mosque is very popular with a wide cross section of society. Everyone from the working class, Islamic scholars, and those with alternate lifestyles find a spiritual home here. Across the street from Pick and Pay.
