Started in 1991 Madrasa-E-Talimul Islam has come a long way. In 1991 a group of concerned people , concerned with the future of their children, sat down together with eminent Ulama of Leicester and decided to start Madrasa-E-Talimul Islam. Previously, this was just running on Sundays in a run down hall near Green Lane Road. After the meeting with the Ulama, the Sunday Madrasa took place at the current Majlis-E-Dawatul Haq premises on Earl Howe Street.
