Havering Islamic Cultural Centre

The Havering Islamic Cultural Centre (HICC) was founded in 1982 under registered charity to cater for the Social Welfare cultural and religious needs of Muslims living in the borough of Havering. The constitution for the Center was adopted in August 1993 and Amended in September 1994. HICC bought this Centre in February 2006 exclusively and generously funded by the local Muslim Community and various mosques around the country. After obtaining permission from the local Council we opened it to the public in April 2007.
