Pita Kitchen Plus was opened June 2008 in Sacramento, California. The goals are to provide the region with authentic Mediterranean Cuisine, healthy natural food made from scratch, and excellent service. Focusing on those goals continues to be our main objective, and the corner stone of our increasing customer base and success. Absolute devotion to fresh, pure, and natural ingredients, we are serious about making food that let the real flavor of individual ingredients come through. All prepared foods are made from scratch in the kitchen site daily, with no additives or preservatives used whatsoever. Fresh pita baked daily in addition to savory pies, filled with spinach, spinach and feta, chicken and mushroom, ground meat, etc. With over 25 years in the food business in Chicago, we moved to Sacramento. With no restaurants that offer a wholesome authentic Middle Eastern foods, we opened Pita Kitchen Plus for you.
