Verbal assurance from the manager that it is halal. Normally I require a little more proof than verbal but in this case fro some reason I felt satisfied. It is situated in a place called 'Food Street' I think in Chinese its 'Hongmei Lu' but it is a Pedestrian street full of lots of different types of Restaurants.
