The school is part of Hounslow Jamia Masjid and is managed by an in-house Education Committee. The Masjid is fully registered UK charity. The school is dependent solely on fees and contributions from donors. The trustees will ratify decisions on all policies relating to the school in accordance with Islamic principles. The shura council (Board of Governors), consist of teachers, parents, trustees and co-opted members. The school views itself very much as part of the local community and encourages a policy of openness in the same way as Christian and Jewish faith schools. Well educated Muslim children have a great deal to offer British society. Suffah Primary School aims (Insha'Allah) to develop and maintain high standards of both teaching and learning through strong commitment from teachers, pupils and parents, supported by the wider community and through constant reviews and development of policy enhancements and working practices. Insha'Allah we hope to make this collaborative teamwork and dedication, the foundation of a high quality primary school which becomes a centre of excellence in Islamic education for generations to come, particularly where class sizes are below the national average.
